Our Story

Koi Realty was founded by Will Tanaka and Leonie Lam—a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for doing real estate the right way.

Between us, we’ve spent decades in Hawaii’s real estate industry, from leading title companies and managing large brokerages to teaching real estate law at the University of Hawaii. We’ve seen how transactions fall apart: missed details, poor communication, agents who prioritize their commission over their client’s best interests.
