Will and Leonie are a great team!  Our sale of a deceased family member's home was extremely difficult b/c the other family member was reluctant to sell despite being unable to pay the mortgage.  They made numerous visits to that person to build rapport - they were amazingly patient.  Will and Leonie helped the person understand the need to sell, then helped them arrange removal of their overwhelming amount of items. They also worked with the buyer on multiple issues - coordinating sorely needed repairs, and handling an episode of vanadalism 4d before closing in which water pipes were cut.  We were on a trip, and Will took time to visit the property and meet w/ the buyer to ensure the sale would go through.  Will's legal background and insight gave us great confidence in our decisions.  Will and Leonie really do go above and beyond.
